While we do not offer guaranteed performance outcomes, our team is committed to delivering high-quality, tailored Amazon consultancy services that address each client’s individual requirements and objectives.

Our flexible monthly service model allows you to discontinue at any time by providing the required notice
period, should you feel that our services are no longer aligned with your business needs.

Our services are billed on a monthly basis. Should you decide to discontinue, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Please be aware that monthly fees remain payable for each active billing period, irrespective of service usage.
Unused consultancy hours are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

AMZ Support reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services, and to end this agreement with immediate effect, where deemed necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:
  • If the client is found to be in violation of the terms of this agreement and fails to resolve the issue within a reasonable period following written notice.
  • If the client becomes insolvent, ceases trading operations, enters liquidation, or shows reasonable indications of financial instability.
  • If, in our reasonable judgment, the service is being misused, excessively exploited, or operated in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
  • If the service is accessed or utilized by third parties, affiliated entities, or individuals not authorized under the original agreement, other than the designated primary account holder.
Any misuse of services outside the agreed scope may result in immediate termination without further obligation
