2. Consultancy and Service-Based Work
AMZ Support provides consultancy, advisory, and support services. Due to the nature of digital and consultancy-based services:
- Once consultancy time has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
- Where services have commenced, refunds will not be issued for time already used.

4. Consumer Cancellation Rights
